Alexandra Sotereanos Sneed is a Senior Manager at McMillanDoolittle with 15 years of experience in world class consulting and retail environments and proven skills in business strategy and concept development.
Clients include Wal-Mart, T-Mobile, P&G, Zoomsystems, US Foodservice, Au Bon Pain, Nordstrom, Walgreens, JC Penney, Best Buy, and Toys R Us.
Prior to McMillanDoolittle, Alex worked in Accenture’s Retail Practice, developing recommendations, solutions, and decision making tools for a number of clients. She has helped merchants decrease costs, increase profitability, and execute processes more efficiently. Alex earned her MBA from DePaul University and a degree in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. Her career began as a Retail Manager at Sears, Roebuck, & Company, where she ran a multi-million dollar department.
Alex presented a speech on the topic of “Designing a Differentiated Customer Experience” at GlobalShop’s 2010 Conference. Locally, in Chicago, she has taught Retail Courses for the University of Chicago Graham School, the Women’s Business Development Center, and the Chicago Urban League in an effort to enable economic development and entrepreneurship in the city.
